What is included in the booth fee?
• 10' X 10' booth space
• 8' high back drape in show colors
• 3' high side drape in show colors
• 7" X 44" company ID sign

• VIP passes for complimentary registration for the expo for customers/clients, not booth personnel.

What is not included in my booth fee?
• Furniture
• Carpet (The Paris Ballroom is carpeted, you will not need to rent carpet.)

• Booth cleaning
What do I do to reserve booth space?
Download and view the expo floor plan from www.intexconstructionexpo.com. Complete the contract with four preferred booth locations and submit for processing.
When is my balance due?
All booth space must be paid in full by January 10, 2011. Booths contracted after January 10, 2011, must submit payment in full with contract.
What is the cancellation policy?
Exhibitors canceling must notify show management in writing by January 10, 2011, and fifty percent (50%) of the total will be refunded. For cancellations made after January 10, 2011, no refund will be issued.
How do I know how many priority points my company has?
Contact the Trade Show Manager, Kim MacLean.
How many complimentary exhibitor badges do I get?
Each exhibiting company receives one full registration OR four trade show only passes per 10' x 10' space.
What happens after I use all my free exhibitor badges?
Exhibitors may purchase additional full registrations, individual tickets for AWCI or CISCA conventions, and trade show passes by visiting the INTEX Expo online registration at www.intexconstructionexpo.com.
Are exhibitor badges mailed?
No. Badges can be retrieved at the registration counter at the INTEX Expo.
Do I have to be a member of AWCI or CISCA to exhibit at the show?
No, you can attend or exhibit at the show and not be a member of either organization; however, you are eligible for discounted full registration fees if you become a member of either organization.

How do I order furniture and utilities for my booth?
A service manual containing general and technical information regarding the exhibition, facilities of the exhibition site, other vendors, and rates regarding the services of the official contractors will be provided online to all exhibitors in Fall 2010.
Are the expo halls carpeted?
Yes, the Paris Ballroom is carpeted.
