INTEX Show Management has been notified that some exhibitors have received phone calls offering attendees' hotel rooms for INTEX Expo 10 in April in Denver. This is a SCAM!!! INTEX does not sub-contract out its housing. Attendees and exhibitors are provided with phone numbers and hotel web links to make their room reservations directly with one of the two Denver INTEX hotels. We negotiate the best rates possible.

INTEX ran into problems with a travel company in 2008 and our attorney sent them a "cease and desist" letter. This company and companies like them scan association websites for exhibitor listings and then contact exhibitors saying they are the official housing group. INTEX does not receive credit for rooms booked outside the block. This can cause an attrition issue where we have to pay the hotel for the shortfall in our housing blocks.

PLEASE DISREGARD ANY SOLICITATION CALLS FROM ANY COMPANY OFFERING HOTEL ROOMS FOR INTEX Expo 10. The only time INTEX may use a hotel booking company is when our hotel blocks are sold out; at which time, an official e-mail will be sent from INTEX to exhibitors and attendees with instructions on how to book rooms.

INTEX Expo 10 Hotel Information

INTEX Expo 10 attendees are extended a special group room rate of $199 single or double per night at the following hotels from April 18-25, based on room availability. No rooms can be guaranteed at the room rate after the cut-off date of March 22, 2010, or once the block is sold out. Please make your reservation early to ensure a room.
