Reserve Booth Space
To reserve a booth space for INTEX Expo 2017, please fill out the online booth space application. Each 10×10 space is $3,385 for members of AWCI or CISCA and $4,385 for non-members. There is an additional $150 fee for each corner space.
If you have previously exhibited at INTEX Expo, you already have an exhibitor account established. Please enter your password to access the online booth space application. If you do not remember your password, please use the password retrieval function on the the page (do not create a new log-in). If you are having issues retrieving your password, email Anya-Anyielle Reed at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are a new exhibitor, you will first need to create a log-in before filling out the online booth space application. There is an option to create a log-in at the bottom of the page.
Online booth space applications received between June 1, 2016 and June 30, 2016 will receive a $100 discount off of their booth space and space will be assigned according to the priority points system. Online booth space applications received after June 30 will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis AFTER the early bird contracts have been assigned. The booth assignment process will begin on July 1, 2016.
Confirmation emails and important exhibiting information will be sent out in late July/early August.
